I'm Iris, author of over 20 magical books of both fiction and non-fiction that all delve into the transformative power of the psyche. I have a PhD in Anthropology and have trained in over 10 different spiritual and healing modalities, but shadow work has been my most sacred intuitive path.

I was introduced to shadow work when I was fifteen years old by my counsellor Fiona, a Celtic shamanist. Since then, over the past twenty-five years, I've been doing the deep work of transformation that has led me into a life of magic, awe and wonder.

I created this course because I've walked this path myself. I know what it's like when life cracks you open. When the comfortable stories fall apart. When you're caught between who you've been and who you're becoming.

I also know what's possible when you stop running from your depths. When you discover that your shadows aren't enemies to defeat, but parts of yourself waiting to come home.
